The difference with the United States and most of the rest of the world is simple: Size

We have more than they do, so we get more variables and differences than they do. Canada is to cold for many differences, and Russia burned out most of the differences under Communism. Live with it. We are bigger, and therefore on a nation per nation basis we have many more special things than you do.

Also history has a play in it. You got old stuff in Europe and other nations. The United States has nature. This is a trade off that makes us very different than you.

Come to Portland and each Block has 5 tree's at minimum. Portland also has the largest city owned park in the World. Try to walk it under 4 hours and you will make maybe 1/4 of the distance

Or walk our park strip in our city and spend 1 hour going the whole distance on foot.
