Flash[light]ning
realising the map warped and so thinking that when i saw mapspot near corner i thought we were gonna pwn
Me too ![]()
My first race had 20% attack/income/research.
I played as ss pop based attacker ....
That round didn't end well ![]()
being leader at the end of round and actually rising 4 ranks... the next family wanted me to be leader, i had to delete, cause i don't want to be leader.. i can do everything from a family member point of view, and at my own pace.
no one messaging me 5 times a day to ask the same question every time.
Trying my hand a pop banker in my second round i had no clue that i needed wizzies for protection so i spent 2 weeks with no pop.
First time playing attacker and forgetting to recall my fleet after a attack and was wondering what happened to my fleet after i lost about 20 planets in a matter of minutes.
i never overbuilt

haha, I did just the opposite, overbuilt a ton and never bothered to build eships because they were too expensive, lol
Played a couplerounds with MArio
i tryed to post mine but the post was to long to be submited.....
damn
walking into a laser trap
and then doing it again...
forgetting to retrive my figs and when i attacked...i fought a planet with 3 lasers and lost 5 mill in nw
actually playing this game was a mistake as well...
OK I'm lost 3 lasers lost 5 million NW how the hell did that happen?
well....LAST ROUND...was my first round back in 2 years, and some of the changes didn't become apparent until the EOR.
Either way, all round (Capri 6), I was under the impression that soldiers and droids were 5/5 and 6/7. Had NO IDEA that they had been changed to 2/7 and 7/4, which made all my fleet calculations very wonky.
This has since been corrected, lol

Probably he ment in the fight the defender lost 3 lasers or something... and because he didnt have enough bombers he lost over 1.5 mil figs ? something like that...
i bought 25 mil food at 1gc a piece was 0.1 and i wrote 01...
"forgetting to retrive my figs and when i attacked...i fought a planet with 3 lasers and lost 5 mill in nw"
What I get from that is he didn't have any fighters with and the defender had fighters that shot down all his bombers and trannies.
played barcode family... worse idea ever... ![]()
RoaR, "i bought 25 mil food at 1gc a piece was 0.1 and i wrote 01..."
You know you'll hav actually got the food at 0.1. It takes the lowest bids on the market up to 1.
1: Decided that, since octarine was slightly more expensive than the other resources, it would be a brilliant idea for me, as a Revalon, to base my strat on building OCs and selling the octarine.
2: Looking at the market. Seeing the "need" section. Thinking that was a statement telling me what I needed. Realizing I didn't know how to actually get 2,000,000 food two seconds into the game, and that I somehow must have screwed up my empire, as an economic collapse and utter starvation of the population was now inevitable. Deleted.
3: Day before a war, I sent 128 million gc to an inactive guy with 9 planets because someone impersonated him in the chat and told me he needed aid. Two weeks later, the guy who actually played that account said "Thanks! That really helped my research funding!"
4: As an attacker, maliciously beat the crap out of this one family. All was going well until I found out they were our allies. It's always fun to try and explain that it wasn't betrayal. It was stupidity.
5: A few ticks before a war:
Torqez: "Okay, so how many lasers do you have on your planets."
Me: "Lasers?"
6: Three weeks after I signed into this game, started flaming people in the forums, calling them noobs. (Yes, this was when I first got internet access and gained that original power of anonymity... and proceeded to abuse it)
7: As attacker, spent a few days building up for a nicely sized army. First attack: Forgot to send bombers.
=^O.o^= I think the first thing i did was come in to the forums, and made a speach. Something along the lines of, "Underdogs of the Universe UNITE!" ...I do believe 1/4 of the gaming community laughed at kittah.
Still it was a blast. I think it's hidden in the back storage still.
My first 2 rounds I was CF banker and thought TO's had to be 25% on each planets to work. It was boring as hell to build. Round after i led a 3 players SD and forced my banker to do the same on 800+ planets, hehe. Then I discovered it didnt work like that...
In my first fam I kept seeing in Fam News that so-and-so attacked planet xyz, and they were surprised by some kind of nuclear explosion. Then I noticed this op called place nukes, and thought oh, that's what that does, it sets a trap on a planet by nuking myself! I did figure it out before I detonated those nukes, but was quite emberassed to explain to another fam member what I did and ask exactly how place nukes worked.
