You need long sleeves and long pants, tennis shoes or boots are your own choice. Gloves can help as well but arnt required. I used to play every weekend with friends at this out door unregulated place. It was heaven on earth, this course was better than any other regulated playing field by far. If I go play at a regulated one it just isnt fun, at all. A cup is also your own choice.. I've been running full speed and a guy laying in the bushes just so happen to catch me nine times in that.. area.

Anyways really all those vests and armor and stuff is just if you dont want to feel the pain, but that is apart of the game and so you should be ready to get hurt. Also be warned that getting hit in the mask can hurt as well =P Paint goes through the vents then hits you in the face and can leave vent shaped bruises,
