1. Attack ONLY fams higher than you in rank (as the game is meant to be played). Of course, you can defend yourself from smaller fams attacking you, but DON'T farm them. If you do, and you get to Top 5, we'll target you.

it should be ok to attack anyone within +/- 5 ranks of yourself. so First can attack people no lower than rank 5 or something. Anything outside that boundry should be classed as farming.
I'll admit being a small fam that has already NAPped a top 5 fam that was farming lol. 2197 killed the activity of our fam and I had no choice. Although we did nuke em several times, and we killed someones pop pretty bad. It doesn't take a whole group of fams to beat a fam higher than you. The only reason we lost is due to our activity against theirs.
Why learn about something thats been and gone? when you can learn the future!

If you are rank 1, you would be at war with rank 2, and so, of course, all's fair in love and war.
And, if we've declared you a farmer, (whether or not you are also a Piranha), we will be at war with you, too...

1. Attack only those ABOVE you in rank.
2. Target only Top 5 farmers. (Our current targets are 97 and 88)
3. Never, ever Nap farmers.
