Eh, as I see it: 59 is at war with 51 and 47.  That given, look at NW and PC.  I think their ally (53) is largely inactive. Score is slow to respond.  59 is #1 in NW and PC, but 2 0r three in score. Go figure. means basically a 2v1 and 59 is holding their own.

As to Cloud not mentioning me, (eh Sith)  it is just jealousy. He KNOWS I am the better atk.  He knows I do what he does, with 1/10th the fleet.  It's all how you use it, not how much you have. (kinda like sex, lol)

From what I heard it's a long-distance fight where the infra/bankers are not threatened. (59 vs 47 + 51 who's largely inactive attacking wise)

ill tell you the trouble with pw.
we have everyone following the same boring strat - period.
we all claim cores and make to many naps/pnaps to actually fight a good war.
there are no good guys and villians pitted against one another,just a bunch of whiners crying about core breaches,honor and all the bullcrap in between.
the new trend now is to ping pong a few planets in a war then make pnaps to settle it.
hell theres not even any vultures or villians anymore because we cry about honor.
this game was fun when you could actually attack and get people posting in uni about it.
now its about pretenders/contenders to compare economy when this is a war game.

next rd will be my last rd and im playing dirty guys,im going to be a villian and smack you in the mouth when your vunerable.
ill be leading next rd and my family will fall under my iron fist or delete.
im tired of pw being a place to relax.

a good way to ensure a great eor galaxy war would be for all naps signed on relations page and made ingame be voided last 2 days of rd.
this way your savings will not influence/inflate your true rankings at eor.
