FFS everybody complains so much?!?
I got messages all round saying "Tell me what your fam is doing for a PvC", and I didn't reply to them. Why? Because I don't want to give away family information that isn't readily available. I was able to gain lots of information from other families through PvC updates.

i love it. Just joined, and now i have the role of lone camaar in a small inactive fam, supported by a hughe banker just before EoR. No saving no nothing, just pure attacking. I'm loving it

You see, you all strive to be the same people, honorable, on time, good attackers etc things a 5 yr could think of. What your missing is the characters that made pw what is was, we used to have:
TYMO - The Habitual Farmer, the guy sure knew how to beat on those small fams eh?
Cloud - The Drama Setter, with a few words and well placed attacks this guy got the galaxy on fire.
Fallen Angel - This guy was best known for his scare tactics, with such a high nw count and masses of agents not many ever knew that fallen was just severly OB'ed and didn't have a massive fleet ... yet his character portrayed him as such and gained him respect and fear from others
Dark Soul - Push it to the limit kinda guy, if this guys expo strat fails (usually does) and he's stuck up in his core without options to attack ... allies watch out!
RedLink - The Brave Knight, now this guy actually tried to not only follow a code of conduct, but write one. Combined with his good attacking and overall family skills he brought something to pw few could.
Humidity - Now this guy wasn't the best banker around, maybe not even the most active. But he's always around to have a good laugh and try to set the tone back to something not so serious, and usually a frequent forum poster which adds moral to a fam.
Frenzy - Not the best player around either, but combined with his will to play, communication, and sillyness he brought his own dynamic character to pw
Could go on, anyways you see most of us have left, i know after this round i won't be playing anymore it pains me to even finish this round. You guys should stop all trying to be alike, and furthermore not try to flame to hell the guys that might be *gasps* different. Pw's forums have lost any meaning and it nothing but spam these days and ugh like i said i could go on, ill leave it here

I think the fact that 54's pop banker is doing so well is a great indication that this round is so quiet, anytime in the past a random opper would make his life miserable for no reason 
Props to Triumph though!
yeh he is making it so ahrd to stay #1, its been mainly him on top all round, but im top ATM (mind you i dont have one of the biggest fams behind me and i have no-one sending me aid) so i think hes gonna take #1 soon, But remember i was there!

Ya, a few more ticks and i'll be #1 again.
TO Suspicious Whisperer - will not be easy to do that, but if that happens and i'll get opped, this will bring to life our attackers ... i can assure ya.
TO MaRiO - i worked hard to get there, and my fam can prove it... About big fam and other stuff, if fam would follow my plans at bor, and after declaring on 55 attackers not disappear but do the job, we could keep activity and u should not have chance to take #1 spot... coz according to plan we could be over 2k planets, and me at least to 550 planets, but shit happens, i have to accept this, (RL most important) and i'm ok with that...
+ is just my second round... so i admit i have a long way to be best banker or at least a really good player, but what i learned all this round that is all activity. Sure, i read this earlier in forums, but now i know everything how is working in here, and if i ever play again, i can assure ya i'll be much better than now!

59 and 53 infrawhored all round.
53 got beaten by 59's ex-allies and PNAPed at BoR lol.
59 basically expanded into the huge core that their ex-allies secured in s1, they couldn't even fend off 50/46 at BoR until Vox showed up
With that said, props to the alliance for doing whatever it takes to get to the top. But you have to beat somebody to "earn" respect, imo

We(59) haven't even built infra for a week due to war with 51/47 and yet we are still number #1 in nw and recently size.(oops it looks like 51 surpassed us in NW, didn't notice)

Our Ex-Allies 52 at BoR was a top family whom had a ton of potential. The only reason we made the decision to change allies was because 3 or 4 of their key players deleted all at the same time and the fam didn't seem to be able to recover. That being said, 59 does owe 52 for helping us out early on when our fam wasn't exactly in tip top form.

I won't deny that Vox single handedly killed 50/46 for 59 which allowed the start of 59's climb from 11th rank up to 1st. He was and still is a very valuable player in the family.
We didn't start expanding beyond the top right of S1 till after we allied 53, killed off 50, and pushed 46 back out of S1. By then, 52 was already in shambles due to 54/58's raid on them. We spent some time trying to help 52 clear cores but ultimately decided to drop them and take 53's alliance offer.

Lets see who have we beat so far?
Early raid on 50 (we started hitting them on year 0 of IC) which ended quickly once vox became an attacker, then had a small skirmish with 46, we won that as well. Then we went to war with 58 whom was at rank 8 and we were rank 4 I believe, we dropped them down to 11-12th rank. While at war with 58, 51 decided to try to raid me which failed horribly. Now we are waring 51/47 whom are the top alliance.
I'm not looking for respect by posting this as I don't believe there is any in PW, I just wanted to clear some things up.

fankay you were literally an hour or 2 away from being raided and you razed portals. i was so suspicious that someone leaked it to you because we were literally a tick or 2 from running your fleet and raiding you to the floor.
however, all things said and done, we got our attacker active again (yes you guys are lucky, bender been ill and fury has been inactive with rl issues) and our allied attacker lohan is active. so except a very rough 6 days
don't get why bankers raise ports. much better ways of not losing your ground.
Actually I had my portals razed way before that. Me and Vox were sitting around on msn one night looking at that system which fury somehow got into. Vox told me that fury wouldn't hit me while we were at war with 58. I still didn't feel safe so I razed all my ports but 1. Low and Behold Fury attempts to raid me the next day or the day after(can't remember).
I don't talk to anyone in pw except for my fam(this is my 2nd round in pw and I stayed in the same fam both rounds), so how can someone leak me info? lol
Anyways, if u notice in my above post, I have no claimed victory yet because I know the war can go both ways still

Lol, it is a bonus to us res players. Imagine selling a few hundred k endo at 50?
As to Cloud, and his bit on needing characters in game. I think I qualify. Who else is the insane atker, who refuses to quit, no matter the odds? Who else spends time and effort atking HS and inner cores? Who else uses a small fleet to fight? Who else whines like I do? (primo said I was the number 1 whiner in IC.) Who else can be the biggest asshole you ever seen, or be your best friend, or worst enemy? Who else gives no quarter to old fam? Who else disses Cloud like I do? ( or should I say: Clod)
