As for the 2 wars

Congress approved the use of force, therefore the terms of the Constitution were indeed met.

This means they were not illegal.

Anyone who believes they were illegal are either idiots or conspiracy theorists.

I have a hard time deciding which is worse by the way.

As for the bill of rights being in shambles thats a leftist conspiracy theory for those actions.

Show me a case where an American was harmed and I will show you a man who is already a millionaire for it, having been accidently arrested for the spain bombings due to more coincidences than I care to shake in soda cans. I would get carpal tunnel after all!!!!

Thats the only case of an American losing any rights even temporary, and that was an accidental arrest and publicizing over the news of his arrest. He got millions for the publicization. He got squat for the arrest, there was enough evidence, or so it seemed, to tie him in to the bombings. His damned fingerprints matched on the 100+ points they used entirely. The odds of that happening are supposed to be impossible to see, so I guess they need 200 points for future reference.

No other Americans have been harmed in any way.

There is publicity about the over oceans wire taps.

Let me put it this way.

If I get a warrant on Al Capone, and he calls someone I do not have a warrant on, and they discuss the murder of 20 judges done by this someone else, in great detail, I still get to arrest rightfully the other person even though he was not on the warrant.

Wiretapping foreign nationals is not against our laws, and we do not need a warrant to do so. If our wiretap results in them calling, or being called by an American we do not need a warrant for that, we are not targeting deliberately the American. So this is constitutional.

As for a revolution, I dare say we are closer than anytime except Dec 20, 1860, or so close as to count the days in pennies on a dollar.
