Now it looks like you blaming us for those attacks..(you started first) i only took 4/5 planets, is something different then a whole system.

domi get your shit straight. Hummy sent 22's leader 1 message which he simply missed (he was in heated talks 27 that tick). Both fams should have followed it up..unfortunately i assumed it was all sorted when hummy let me know he sent that message to 22s leader.

now back with the update of PVC. 
First, I apologize for sending just the one msg, and thinking I sent more. I should have been more insistant. I did inform my fam, my allies and Pixie that I sent it. I apologize for assuming 22 just did not want to sign. I apologize for MR Ducks not reading his msgs better. But this problem is fixed. The nap is now signed, ingame.
Second, regardless of nap or no with 22, we WERE signed with 13. The terms of that nap MUST be honored. Thus, I am talking to Pixie, and arranging swaps. It does not matter if 22 or 13 get our illegal explos. All that matters is that we honor the agreement. Just as it matters not if 27 or us get their illegal explos.
Third. I am slow about this, because there are other fams I must deal with. There is a pnap in the works, that is getting screwed. CF violations to sort, and planet payments, and all that. Plus someone declared on us.
I hope you understand, I am very busy atm.

Until a nap or CF is agreed to, anything goes. I often advise the other fam, til we agree to something, we keep on. That's the way it works.
I never just stop cause we are talking. I stop when a CF is agreed, or a nap is agreed.

Yes, the atks were brilliant. Totally unexpected, as we had a nap agreement til they declared war. He made way more atks, but I got tired of deleting the systems to comply with rules.

Yes I figured the agreements were off when you tried to change the planet count in the deal. Tried to negotiate the number down further still by supposed CF violations when I wasn't even notified of the CF until AFTER the attacks. Your flippant responses to my messages attempting to confirm the agreement. And finally of course the fact my request for planet coords were ignored.

Eh, the agreements were NOT off til we were atked. The CF violations did occur and I wanted em sorted first. Ask 24 and 27 about them.
And you were to get 50 from both fams, shared between your alliance for a total of 100. If I gave 50 to 24, would that be my part?

I asked that the CF violations be resolved, before the payment. How is that wrong?

My fam made some nap violations, and I am tryiing to sort em, and make comp. I have some nap agreements we must pay for. I have CF violations that we must receive comp for.
I am trying to do right, and address all the issues, and they declare war?
