I think if they combined pw with capricorn ic would be better, of course bringing cap to pw, or better yet just making an entirely new galaxy that doesnt allow drafting the game would improve drastically

ATTENTION 1716.
Run down of events so far this round. My families allies 1722 were getting farmed by 1727. So my family 1713 decided to put an end to this and we executed an expo phase war with 1727, completely removing them from sector three except for a few planets in the West of sector three. 1716 joined in and we also COMPLETELY removed them from sector 3. Don't try and argue with me because I have VIP and I can see on the map that our sector was completely free of 1716 when the NAP was signed.
PNAP agreement between 16/27 and 13:
Requirements:
- No further exploration of 16/27 into s3 including column 31.
- No further exploration of 13 into s4.
- Doing so will result in an immediate turn over of planets.
- A failed violating attack results in 1 planet compensation.
- A successful violating attack results in 2 planets compensation.
- A failed/successful hard opp results in 1 planet compensation.
- Ally clause (no planets swapping to allow 16s/27s allies to attack 13 and vice versa).
- 16/27 NAP 22 under exactly the same requirements, if 22 wish to NAP them.
As far as I was aware my allies 1722 did NAP 1716 under the same conditions.
Now since the NAP was signed I see more than twenty violations of the NAP agreement. Mainly Positive Domi. We know you expoed them because we have infils.
Also, my allies leader Mr Ducks has recently made 1 failed attack on 1716. Which according to the NAP agreement results in 1 planet compensation to 1716. An argument could be made that Domi should never have been in my allies systems anyway due to the NAP agreement. But instead of bringing this up with Mr Ducks, Domi went ahead and cleared the entire system. Which according to the NAP results in 2 planets compensation per each planet successfully taken.
Please enter talks with my leader or Clypto of 1722 about this Hummy. Before things get out of control.
Maxi, i believe you should msg whoever your talking about rather than posting detailed information into public forums, as this seems to be a personal matter

Well it's been going on for a while now we have several threads in our forum titled 'NAP violations', I believe my leader has been in contact with Hummy about it but nothing has been done, and now 16 are starting to farm my ally again when they are supposed to have a NAP. So I think the public forum is the place for this to be as there are too many people involved and I want to air my concerns to all involved.
I have heard now from Hummy that he messaged the leader of my allies to confirm the NAP but never got a response, so he thought there was no NAP. But in my allies forum it has the conditions of the NAP posted up. So wires have been crossed and we need to sort it out.
Well i can understand your concern about the situation, but again public forums aren't going to help you out there ...

Also a suggest for future reference, when you sign pnaps dont make cores, and sign the nap ingame ... prevents everything ...

The whole reason we kicked 16/27 out was so that our allies had room to expo, what's the point in not making cores if we won the war? We wanted to keep our area to ourselves, it also stops other families sneaking in on us by taking their planets. Having cores in any NAP agreement is a good idea in my opinion.
based on what i read you made a pnap, reflecting what i said no cores should be inclued in "pnaps" not all naps. If you "won" the war, why would you pnap in the first place ... a 48hr nap with your fam gaining a massive core over the other (or simply a core that wouldnt render you vulnerable) is what you shoot for ... and far as people exploring into the agreed upon systems, you clear them .. simple dont ask question kick them out, if they ask why redirect them to the nap.

There was a four fam nap offer. Three fams signed. One fam failed to even talk to me about it.
So, I figured, no big deal, they had plans for us for later. I started the prep for it.

16/27 NAP 22 under exactly the same requirements, if 22 wish to NAP them.

As to S3, I admit we are there. I am trying to sort it.

When we declared, 27 were 2nd in the ranks, ad 16 weren't far behind. Our objective was a "piss off from our sector" war...and we achieved that..also doing plenty of damage closer to home for 27. It was not in our best interest to carry the war on with with 2 still quite large fams - as it was still early in the explo phase...and i quite like commie and hummy, so didn't want to put them through that

The agreement was to stay out of each others sectors. Simple. We did have a few planets in each others sectors, but weren't allowed to take any further..and swapping out was too much of a hassle at the time. 27 have held true to the PNAP requirements just about, but 16 have violated it in the extreme.
13 did the same about exploring in S4. After the agreement.
I didn't know about the terms of the agreement, after Pixies message me.
If i had even the toughts about clearing systems of 22 i would done it a couple a days ago.
But if they keep opping me and attacking, what would you do. First i ignored it, but if they keep trying, i have to take action.
Its all miscommunication. Dont use Uni (PVC) to talk this over.

Ok so your making a pnap, what are your purposes for making a pnap? only real reason to ever pnap is in 2 situations.
1) You've just completely annihilated another fam, in which a pnap would be honorable so they dont have to look forward to being pwned again.
2) You and another fam is 3 or less ticks away from one another
Any other reason in my eyes shows clear weakness and poor leadership without backbone, its called imperialconflict ...

Oh and in either situation you really never make cores as in the 1st situation your all over their core .. if anything they give up their core and u keep yours
and the other your too close to really claim cores unless your an idiot aka 90% of ic, and present this problem onto yourself

lol Cloud the agreement was simple. No further exploration into sector 3 by 16/27 and no further exploration into sector 4 for 13/22.
If anyone is an idiot it is the people who can't keep by those simple terms.
Anyway, it's seems the situation is being rectified now.
