yeah the piss poor play of pw is just annoying to me now, and since i'll actually be playing active this round, just didn't feel like dealing with it.

Well try this on for size!

There is a new scoring system based on how well you do throughout the round. Basically, your rank vs. the #1 family's rank each tick will determine which family was the most dominant. The formula goes as:

your nw/#1's nw * (10+turn number/50)

score goes up with the more planets you have

Score is calculated, player by player, and is based on NW and PC. Then it is added up for fam, and then added to the previous fam total.

It adds a bit of inertia. Your score from this tick, is added to your total for all earlier ticks.

It was designed to kill jumps, and esp eor jumps. As seen last round, I jumped like 40 mil at eor. We won NW and PC (over 2k) but lost score.

Happened last round. We got top NW and PC but lost score. I guess it depends on how you see win/lose.

score is overall dominance...

size and NW can be manipulated at the end

it was OBVIOUS my fam (1601) was the 2nd best fam... after our war... despite not having the top 2 in size (although BARELY 2nd in score and 2nd in NW again at EoR)

Who can seriously claim PW is challenging?
Nobody in PW is active - its why they're in pw :]
Cloud, like most who've been around the block, are active consistantly when they've active players around em to give reason to log in..Why log in and play if your the only one doing so in your fam? or if your fams way out front (as his fam often is at the BoR-MoR) with no competition?

And Load isn't that good a player, him aswell as you are new to pw infact i haven't heard of either of you till about 2 rounds ago. Load was forunate of getting 1 of the 3 active fams that are usually in pw, and id bet he didnt make the bor strat ... not saying hes not good, hes average

Frenzy is inactive, love ya tongue

And FA is like me just plays pw for a hobby after countless rounds thats pretty much all it becomes ... a hobby

Agreeed on a few points there cloud.
Load - never heard of him till a round ago, And even then didn't see his performance as being all that. His fam did a poor job of getting shares and relied on their fam and their allies getting naps to abuse.
Frenzy is inactive unfortunately tongue come back hammy *_* and bring josh with you!

Actually I'll pop in between and say that my experiences with Load has only been great, and he's a very good player and easy to work with. Plus he's very dedicated and always gives his most for the fam - So I will vote against you on that Cloud smile Load is definitely above average - at least by PW standards (I wouldn't know any other standards anyways)
