there is no evidence of any real war, and regardless of whether or not a war is in place as long as you have the time to keep hitting us we will keep hitting you. that is not vulturing, that is retaliation

so again you say: i either let you keep those planets you explored all over our core.. or you will hit our portals?
so technicly if i see a fam at war i can get explore in there core.. and if they take those planets i can hit them?

btw your leader too.. as your were at war with 1060 and 1058 (might mix up fam numbers) we had that discusione because he took planets we explored in your core

i was insinuating that if you asked for the thread to be closed, then the war was over or ezily would be assumed by most who read that post that it is the case. i can merely assume that col saw this post and thought the same
again to avoid confusion, im not switching subjects but this fact makes the rest of your post irrelevant
just to get it right:
you: you are not at war
I: so you don't vulture because we not at war
you: no we don't vulture because xyz
I: something against xyz
you: we though you not at war so your argument against xyz is irrelevant

yes we basically could go back and forth without either actually proving anything. doesnt help that i just have what ppl in my fam tell me to go off of 
still means that i wont let your fam get portals in my banker systems... if you need those planets for whatever reason in there ask for a perm nap and i return them...
if you just want to portal there to hit us during a war.. don't ask.
and since you believe there is no war... and 1087 just donates planets to us (illegal alliance)
you wont have a problem to hit our bankers in there... another reason to clean your new explored planets.. you already giving excuse for doing that later
there is no later, round is over in less then 2 days
i have no idea how many planets you've taken from 87
see you avoid the questione for what reason you leader needs 100 shared with my bankers...

i dont have the answer for it. i know col isnt a fan of people whining in his inbox over a few planets so for all i know he could be planning to jump and bash at eor. speaking to him i know he wont have the morale for it as he has other plans for the next 2 days

but yeah rest of the msg is what i did expected... to sum it up.. if we take those planets in our banker system you will vulture.. and if we let you portal you will vulture... so yeah.. why am i not allowed to call you guys vultures?
mostly cuz it all started with a single attack by black in what i was told was a nuetral system when she didnt know you were in war(not sure if you were at the time), then you hitting her 3 times lol. and has just been ping pong a bit since then with 1 portal taken cuz col got pissy
(these arguments are a lot more fun b4 both parties get bored with it)
