if you vote a leader then you follow their strat to the letter, otherwise don't vote them leader.
and if you don't agree with they're decision then you should make a bid to become leader.
and if that doesn't work then you should shut your mouth and work with the family.
you shouldn't....:
go to the family members and talk s**t, you should go to your leader and let him/her post a poll to decide what should be done.
if you do it any other way, then you are an ass whole and should be deleted on.

well then you should delete yourself, i saw no wrong in the strat to build a certain amount of lasers, some times the leader knows things you don't and will take the point of leadership and say do this.... if so a leader should never be doubted in that... because who's ass is on the line if it fails.
even if you don't follow it his ass is on the line, so if your not a good follower then you are definitely no leader.
lead as you expect to follow, or give up delusions of grander.
if you vote them leader and the vote doesn't change when you pose your problem the obviously the family (no matter what they say to you) likes his strat, and are following it, you are the one wrong.
and allies jumping in..... well that would be a family problem that they shouldn't have anything to say, but we no longer want you as allies... they shouldn't have ever said a thing about it, that is just plain edicate.

All I know is I orchestrated an amazing start to BOR and then with my recent lack of activity the fam has spiraled out of control.  Once I am able to come to full power again I will lead my fam back up the ranks.  I apologize to everyone that was affected by this situation.

it was propor to ask for leadership and then expect the same form any offending person, if you got it then you know they follow you... if not then you now they follow him.

WOW not to go off subject, but does it matter if your a computer nerd.... the best players have something more than computer skills... they have ability to be a general... and not many generals i have known, know more than how to place the troops they have for the best effect.
and as a family you work together to make it so that what your leader needs fits his strat, so that he/she can effectively do they're job of leading.

well then the leadership should have been up for a public vote in the family not the allies.

big gary is a good attacker and a good strategist. Definitely one of the top players around. But unfortunately, this is a game where you must work as a team and his personality doesn't quite set well with most. Maybe one day he'll learn to actually relax and try to make some friends rather than boss ppl around and have his temper spiral out of control
