Well the top 2 are winning by a margin, and they are allied so noones gunna screw with them. rickings fam is in 3rd and has no firepower other than ricking himself so they cant really challenge the top 2. My fam (in 4th) doesnt have the spread or activity to try taking down an organised alliance, and our allies are 99% banks so we can't rely on them for support.

The real reason pw is slow is that expo lasts nearly ALL round! unless the numbers pick up the gal needs to shrink cos im bored of playing expo, infra & farm ur way to the top... need to force wars by having less ps to go around by having expo finishing MUCH sooner.

PW isnt slow because of expo ... you just gave a good example why rounds suck, people in pw suck at getting spread and strategizing for the future. You simply core hug and are scared to venture out inside pw until after week 2 or 3 when people already have portals and such established and you get cleared and wonder why. Try gaining spread earlier and setting up around fams, instead of baby sitting your core and seeing whos banker gets bigger...

I mean pw is only what like 60x60 now maybe smaller? i think last time i played it was 60x60 you can easily get everywhere on that map in under a week ... pegasus 1st round was 40x40 and i managed to get everywhere within days.

Solution, get better at attacking and leaders get better at making good strats for the round, and players follow the strat simple

Dont be fooled by cloud, his strat is BOR raiding and deleting. Ask him how many times his fam was #1 by EOR with him leading from the start of the round. Very likely he didnt even finish the round so why bother.

Whine about cores all you want cloud, they work and make everything better. You just suck so you never realized it.

the problem with this round has been 1107 and 1121's alliance, sine they're both dominating it's hard to challenge them.  I think it would have been alot more fun if they had different allies and duked it out, just imo.

tis true. @ cloud: expo lasting a long time = no urgency for war because its easier just to explore & grow than to grind fleets. So imo long expo has alot todo with the lack of warring.

Cloud, I've never napped the entire galaxy, nor even half of it, probably not even fourth of it but you can believe your lies all you want. Now I do nap my ex-allies sometimes and I've been known to use a few allies, drop them and get better ones. But its all about making #1, which you still haven't managed to do.

coming from the bloke who has been whineing at me for near on a week from clearing him from systems i have portals in.

theres nothing to to be scared about. 1122 were infra leading at the start, us (1107) and our allies (1121) put a stop to that.

1111 and 1114 tried to push into our sector and were hemmed into a small section of the sector.

crazy just coz you think me and my family seem to have this personal vendetta against you doesn;t mean we are not attacking other fams.

as i said to you in a pm, if the roles were reveresed you woulda cleared me from all the systems i cleared you from in a heartbeat. us and 21 arn;t winning this round becuase we are infra whoring, we are winning this round becuase we have the most active attackers who arn't moaning every time we lose a planet. plus my fam has EmperorUnubtaini who is just a legend!! smile



the only "war" so to speak was between 1111 and 1105, and 1111 looks like they didn't really put up a fight at all.

There was a war in PW... I didn't know those still existed.. I thought it was just a skirmish here and a tussle there..  If only someone would do a huge update for the round.. and predictions for where the families will end in NW and size..

as leader of 1111 it wasn't a war. activity played a big part in us losing 100 odd planets and more. but hey as hoity said its all about active attackers that go out and attack! and 1121 have been skirmishing with us most round. and we pnaped to 1107. sucky round to be honest
