I must say that long NAPs is what makes IC what it is, but it should be a long nap for both allies. A long Nap will ensure that both parties come out prepared and that there are "conflicts" not just "surprises".
I have played before where there were NAPs with absolutly everyone, and to gain planets you would have to unNAP and then have a decent war for them everytime.
This was an 799-806 war thread, not another whine thread, so please keep it at that folks.
