- they cleared half my spread, despite the fact that all of those planets are closer to our HS than theirs (heck, 1 planet is within 4 ticks of my HS and 10+ from theirs).  obviously, that's the smart thing to do when you're about to hit a fam, but they lied about why they attacked:

- 6643 messages wiwi about a NAP while he was busy at work and immediately after nuked one of our bankers 30+ times and one of our rezzies 3+ times
- we contacted them about NAPping ASAP (within several ticks of their initial message) but they ignored all our in-game messages and avoided us on IRC
- finally Snailex stops dodging me after i hunted him down for 1+ hours, and he comes on IRC to buy time for Aleph and GX to send fleets out.  i asked him what kind of NAP his fam wanted and with what conditions.  he asked me what we offered and i replied him.  but he refused to tell me what his fam wanted and soon after that i see the raids begin.  even then, he still wouldn't say what his fam wanted.
- Scouty got impatient and impersonated Aleph in IRC
- Snailex says he gave info to Scouty, but i swear Scouty never told us a single bit of info.  for all i know, Snailex is using that as an excuse to find a reason to suicide on us.
- just now, Aleph messaged me with some of his gibberish (i honestly can't understand a thing he says).  i tell him to go on IRC to talk and he says "np.  Bye!"  errrr...what the heck?  dodging to the max is what it is

I am very angry  with me for fighting against the family of WS this phase of round. Why?

Because I was going to play this round semiactive and I have a little fun and I was very happy because I knew WS returned this year after a long time and I wanted to see really good wars. He  fighting, Teddy, Middle, TCO, minilegend and other families.

The question: I have a problem .... I have to defend my family is my mission and responsibility. The resulted is possibly the death of both families. I know my job. I'm used to playing with little resources.

The strategy at this phase is problematic far the new rules of IC by example: .... pmode in real time and great loss of morale in the attacks.

Well, I wrote these words for the players have present I respect  and apreciate WS.

I am an attacker and my mission is to do the most damage for the win. Victory? No, this is simply Imperial Conflict.
