This is a permanent NaP agreement between family 6553 and 6562.

6562 agrees to pay compensation of 25 planets to be explored in the cluster of planets between systems 52,36 and 51,42. Additionally, 6562 will return all planets taken from 6553 between the weeks of 21,4 and 27,4 which are within the 6553 core. Also, 6562 will not explore planets in the following systems:

Look how they act to families in pw  We had a nap with them we made it a 24 hours to go to perm nap with them. They did not post any where in here that we had to give back all the planets in a certain time limited. So now they are attacking again to get even more planets. We paid them back all the other planets that were in their core. We just hadnt paid back the 25 yet cuz I was building the damn things to pay them back.

yes you read OK, 1 real life week to remove defenses from the MANY planets you still keep in our core.
The only reason of the 24h nap is to prevent abuses like this, small fams gets a pNAP and 'forget' about clearing defenses or exploring comp planets. It happened to me last round and it WONT happen again.

Dixie yours is a surrendered family and you have to act like that. But you didnt remove defenses, you didn't cooperate in the planet trade agreements, your fam explored more planets in our core and built lasers/portals.

Your whine here has no sense at all, I could really post all the unsuccesfull attacks we did (and we're doing) on planets suposedly defenseless (i repeat you had more than 1 rl week to remove defenses) but not gonna bother anymore.  The only family that broke the NAP is your family by not honouring it at all, so learn a lesson for future references.  Now you're lucky its me who decided this, no one else, so your round wont be ruined:

honestly, if you have an inactive leader thats not my fault, you only need 3 votes to change it.

and I msgd several times other people when I had fleets hovering and they never removed defenses, banksy was one of them, I have even cleared some of his portals in our core last tic.

Having an inactive leader is a poor excuse, we could all use that one at some point, if he's been inactive forthat long you should have changed it days ago
