Here are some of the terms and expressions Kemp has used to address me or my ideas in posts.  These are terms I can now consider fair game in addressing anyone / their ideas without expecting sanctions by moderators.  I fully expect to be permitted to use these terms to address people / their ideas on this forum, including moderators / their ideas, without expecting any consequences.

Kemp has referred to me / my ideas, without being chastised by any moderators, with the following terms:

"small child"
"childish"
"troll"
"stupid"
"ignorant"
"uneducated"
"communist" By extension, any ist of any ideology - facist, socialist, anarchist, polygamist, etc..
"bizarre"
"vague"
"ranting"
"dumb"
"seven-year-old"
"childishly retarded"
"hypocrite"
"laughable"
"impoverished people in Africa [...] could [...] teach you a hell of a lot more than you could teach them" That Kemp sees this as an insult I think sums up what sort of person he is.  By extension, I could say to moderators such and such group could <insert verb here> you more than you could <insert verb here> them.  For instance, I could say to a mod, a Kemp could moderate this forum better than you could moderate Kemp.

"adorable" - Kemp actually used sarcasm here.  Using sarcasm against mods, then is permissible.  This shall open a pandora's box that might even lead to irony!

"retard crack head" (Okay, this is not addressing me per say, but other forums)

"child-like person with serious psychological disorders."  Here is is using a potential illness that I honestly think he actually believes I have so as to insult and debase me.  It's like calling someone who is dying of cancer 'cancerous' in a derogatory manner.

List to continue, although it might take a while to find more, since, due to Kemp's basic vocabulary and tendency to repeat these same terms again and again and again, it might take a while to find other specific examples.  When I get them all, I'll start a thread in community forum: I'm thinking the thread title should be 'Derogatory terms we can use to address moderators'.
