Lol Portgas...we didn't start the war. Scorp did. We just went ahead and pushed the tensions to the level we knew they were going to come to.

Fact is Scorp wanted this as it was the entire reason he joined you in the first place...to get funding for his personal vendetta against Teddy and I.
