i find it funny arganon talks about vultures. he came to my fam late last round got starting aid then startes sending fleets to planets that got blown in other fam wars and re-explored. when i asked him to stop he told me its a war game and if i dident like it to stop playing it.
when i stoped sending him aid after that he promised he will find me next round and kill me.
since this round started all he does is explore in other fams cores and cry when he get kicked out acusing all fams in vulturing and sending threats ingame. i dont know about his i.q but his mentalety is of a 3 year old.

Vulturing is taking advantage on a fam at war with another or other fams.
Nothing against the rules to vulture, but IC community usualy let fams at war alone, as they expect other will do.
I don't think that should be explained...it 's like hitting someone on the ground after another fought him...it doesn't show ur strenght, only how coward u are...
