ya they do snail.  but not when 98 is attacking a family thats half their size.  my round has just become screwing their's.  by score we are last place, and they are 12th.  i'm sure somebody will say but you attacked us back.  i was just retaking ther planet you took from me.  doesnt give you the excuse to take 50 planets.  grow a pair and fight 04, 94.  i'm sure they'll end up raping you in the end.  also there is tons of unexplored planets.
