You don't have to be on the same IP address to be a multi. Who is saying you can't log in from work/a public library/a friend's house in order to multi (I'm not accusing you, I don't know anything about your situation, I'm just pointing this out).

If the mods really wanted to find out who was doing this, they could surely just find the empires who have sold all their starting endu on market then deleted (obvious multis), then run their IP address through one of the IP location services available on the internet to find out where the IP resides (assuming no proxy was used), and compare the region to some of the prime multi-ing suspects to see if there are any matches. The only issue with this is that it isn't 100% proof, so they probably can't ban anyone with this "evidence".

Closed market in start is a terrible solution.

The problem only exists because the starting resources are not balanced and theres too little endurium, making it worth more than the market cap of 50 gc. Better solutions would be:
1) Increase market cap price
2) Make unlimited amount of resources and gc available at 50 and 1 respectively. This would also fix the issue with big fams buying out market and locking endu+oct in times of big wars, thereby creating a temporary anomaly for all the other fams.
3) Increase endurium amount in the starting resources ratio

Agree that closed market at the start is not a good solution.

Increasing endurium ratio in starting resources would be an easy fix. Hoping that mods look into the issue and ban all people involved.
