Yes this would open up all sorts of tactics.
If a fam didnt jump then you use your trusty sentinal tag and remove said fam.
I think all parties would jump so it could a hell of a party. Seriously if you want to copy and past rankings before hand and declare that family the winner whatever its not about winning or losing its about the chaos and the Epicness.
In my mind 5510 won the round they led it almost from start to finish.

20 declares on 10 and 21
10 declares on 20 and 22
21 declares on 20 and 17
22 declares on 15 and 10
15 declares on 17 and 22
17 declares on 21 and 15
(Just pulled those numbers out my ass btw. There's really 0 reasoning for me selecting it that way lol)

Anywho Spam proposed a date of December 19th 17:00 forum time for war. That's 5 days before eor. I think that's a pretty good time for a war as massive as this would be assuming all families agreed.
