yeh theres alot of luck that goes into these wars where theres mass figs involved, when i war #03 and #96 i see that i had #03 figs beat but not lee's, so i let them take a few ports with my figs hidden and then recalled to hit transports, but i waited about 20 mins for them to waste a heap of morale testing for my figs but i recalled early and lee hit me and as my internet slow some times, lee managed to hit me like twice followed by #03 who before lee's attacks would not of won, and after that #03 just risked hitting me with figs at home any ways was very unlucky on my behalf that lee got my figs soo early but could have turned out alot better but does not help when theres like 8 attackers hitting u at once, as gets hard to find a pattern on when the guys with BIG figs are gonna hit and when the guys u wanna have figs home for are gonna hit grrrrr i kinda wish i had kept them waiting a few ticks but was not sure if i had anuff ports to just let them take as i was purely gang banged but was fun...:P

they were rough numbers rather than exact ones bohnanza, there were 400k left at my portal. unfortunately turns out lee had around 900k (which i had no idea of the amount, no hits and no infil, but i got one now lol) which ate up my 400k quite easily.

if you don't like sending small figs with droids you need to know how many he leaves out if he doesn't leave them all out.

so you check with 1000 or something. and make note of what you lose for fighters

then you send two fleets with 1000 figs first then your full droids.

if you lose the same amount he still has figs hidden, if you lose more he's recalled some and you don't trigger. Alot less risky than losing all your fighters to a run...

yeh well i had a plan, i thought if i jumped too big at 1st, i might go out of flashys range and he will freely be able to attack bankers with all them shares, so i underjumped to keep the nw close with the option to rebuild some which we did

it worked well cus flashy wasted his time attacking a few of my portals and running some fighters, lost all his morale and then couldnt do anything.
he had like 17 shared systems, he coulda did some real damage and i would have had to just watch my news

but then he decided to go for some tickers, when he still had shares which was wierd and he split his fighters so i ran em that was it from there u made to much mistake u could have killed us

Wrong flashy and crew could have taken 200 planets at least 1st 4ticks with the shares he had but he fell for the bait with attacking me blewhis morale then by time he could do anything my new fleet come in

i'd rather clear as much as i can in my core before going on the offensive. 1st rule in a share war clear attackers out of your area, then go do damage. & as for still having shares & sending tickers, yes that was because my morale would be able to take me hitting a ticker and a share in the same tick, thus killing more shares.

& the fig run, well i walked away from comp so should've stat'd but felt the 5mins i was away it'd be fine

now you have much less shares with my fam and it'll be a lot more difficult for you to gain planets easily. that was my aim, to minimise losses on my side till EOR. which i think has been done well.

ya flashy did the right thing clearing you.

Only way id see leaving you worth it to raid bankers if you had fam behind you with present fleets to raid bankers and could pmode some.
