It's hard to know what happens in other families...

There could be stats each year then over years, that would help to make the votes:

-Ranking on captures
-Ranking on units killed
-Ranking on cash producted compared to investissement or nw
-Ranking on resources producted compared to investissement or nw
-Ranking on successful hard ops
-Ranking on market playing
-Ranking on activity

Ppl like rankings, Im sure ppl would be me more active to see their names at the top, and would be happy that other reconize their skills or efforts done last days or over years. That would not be a perfect reflect of the reality, such as the score ranking isnt as well...But that would help for the eor votes (instead of having copy paste of what leader voted), and everything that can make the game more attractive is good.

now i cant vote. give me the information to check for myself and i can make a fair estimate. the more info the better.

(then just use your reasoning why someone would be the best attacker and fix that into the algoritm, u give us no option then just to not vote. and as someone mentioned we all like rankings.)
