35% fam rule would need to rise to like 50% to make that work... 100mil fam with one attacker of 30mil VS 40mil fam is just farm farm farm - and lots of blow ups 
Sure, raise the limit to 90% of fam nw. Or maybe 99%. That'd be cool. I thought this was a conflict game haha, maybe I am mistaken.
35% prevents farming, if you want conflict pick someone your own size.
if the 35% fam wants to pick a fight with you, then there's no problem is it?
or just keep it how it is and these super big fams that have enemy port up in their core are big enough to look after themselfs - like you said ive only killed less than 2% of your infra
live with it or better yet do it on your enemy....

althou some n00b in 69 lost 66% of his fleet so far.
ps matrix, the link you posted in the other thread, was not this war. read again ;P We had to use actual war reserves on 69, as they cansled Nap. So results aint entirely your fams proffits
