Serenity, learn to understand arguements and not just be an ignorant fool. When people beat you in a discussion it doesn't mean they're still wrong.

In response to that last post:

yes because portals clearly help when you get cored. The guy hits your portals and magically your fleet disappears! oopsie, there went your soldiers!
and then after about 10-20 ports, and you have no fleet left, will the remaining portals be of any help? No they won't.

Now stop blaming this loss on you having no portals. They just cored us and did a good raid. Sadly at the same time as me and Orion were planning one ourselves.

Guys, this post is supposed to be about the war between 02 and 03. Your little internal drama, while amusing, are not really appropriate for this topic. I would appreciate it if you started your own tread, and let this one be for people to see how 02 got destroyed.

To Serenity, you did the right thing. Although I am sad you deleted, I was planning to raid you! To the rest of 02, I hope you are not giving up. There is still a lot of fighting to be done.

Flashy, you do know this guy was tiny as hell right. We just got cored, no one could clear him, no matter how much we'd drop, unless we'd lose half our planets which would've killed our spread. A fine example of how to core another fam and turn around a war. One of my personal favorite strategies.

And I've played with Serenity for 2 straight round now and he's done a similar thing in both rounds. He is not active (he may seem to be because he's in chat all the time, but 99% of the time he's idling), he is one of the worst paxes I have ever seen, an even worse attacker, and he brings down family morale with his stupid ass rants. And then he deletes! Oh such a wonderful player.

Plus he was low on laser counts. No, that was not because we didn't spend stuff on him, that was his own doing. I recall him saying RC's were too much of a waste of space to build, and so i had to get 7 RC planets for him 700% OB. Was in the process of it when cancellation happened. I imagine he had a similar attitude to lasers: a waste of space.

Let me say again, portals would not have helped in this scenario. By the time I finally killed some of Scorp's stuff (one DU on Droids, fig run him a bit with my amazing military science, and him mysteriously losing 50k NW), he had already taken over 20 planets of serenity's. Now had those been portals, Serenity's ground would've been as dead as he is now. This guy was attacking from shares which we couldn't clear because he was too small up and till this time. Serenity would've had to deportal them had we had any notice. Portals is not a valid argument (Spelling ) at all.

I also recall Serenity complaining about how he wasn't as good a player as he was in the past, after he'd come back from retirement. He was saying how he was going to quit the game. That was just before he went rogue in mw and deleted from my mw fam. A day later he randomed into my pinwheel fam. Now my question is: why didn't you quit like you said Serenity?

The real question is: how many planets will you give us?!

& RD, serenity may be annoying at times and seem arrogant, but he is a top notch player. he knows the in's and out's of the game, so slating him really won't work. also he can write forum posts for fun so i'd give up now. i'd happily have him random into my fam right now.
