Im sure its common knowledge now, Our leader who in his wisdom always had to hold the bank. Decided for whatever reason not to show up for the war, Holding the vast portion of our saves.

Whilst i hope the guy is alright, Its all abit lame.

4703 were 2:1 our savings, and 4689 were about equal.  4689 made a horrific mistake jumping 3m figs on a guy with 10 planets,  we deportalled and he was out of the war.  ic death jumped ground but we didnt focus on air so we outjump his ground. 
4703 lost half their saves on rizzy who hasnt logged in, which has now been opped.  hope he is ok though.
4703 jumped a bit crooked, bit late for transports and llanowar jumped even tho he shared little.
AA jumped 3.5 mil ground and no figs,  and tried very risky attacking with someone else fig checking for him,  he got caught by luster and lost 3.5m ground.
atm its ping pong and portal busting.
90 jumped and hit 89.

this isnt the first time that rizzy has been a no show bur rhe first that i recall him having most of the war chest. aa had a good part of the rest and when it care time to jump transport no one was to be found so i "fette" jumped heavy figs and the ground i could send and did the best i could to minimize damage. i will take blame for aa.s loss of ground i assumed he had more air coming and was at a loss of an aatcker. i know my jump looks funny to most but its effective when its 1 vs 2 on the spread war. i wont say im anything special of an attacker but i will do my best to be a pain in the ass hehe. i now look forward to thr pw round.

Good summary Orbit. Thats exactly what happened. Congrats to 02 on the victory. Well played allying 90 at the last minute to turn the tide. That was pretty cool lol. Losing all my ground and transports really hurt. It knocked me out of the fight for half a day. I had to jump mostly ground cuz we really couldnt afford to get me heavy figs. Its not just Rizzy who disappeared, IC Death did as well just a few hours after the war started. Nobody has seen him since.

So hats off to 90 and 02. Your new/old alliance has pretty much won the round. I dont see us contending for the win anymore as our allys are getting smoked worse than we are.

Look at the first 4-5 pages of this thead. its filled with pissing and moaning about 2v1's, my family being dishonorable and other nonsense. It just goes to show that you never know what can happen in this game. Yea it looked grim for 02 at first but they made an excellent game move and overcame it. I hope there are no hard feelings over this on both sides. Ive said it many times.....its just a game.

02 winning has 2 reasons:

-jumping kirk in fighters and death builded to less ground (we had lots of savings left lol)
-rizzy not showing up which decapitates 03, no ground atacker as rizzy jumped trannies to be the groundatacker

when i saw kirk got jumped in fighters i knew damn this will go wrong, but well shit happens.
we had no air support, neither the capability to get 02 atackers down as our airrunner had no shares from tick 1 (lol), and death didnt jump ground big enough.
All of the systems close to our core with 02 as intruder, there was death or foot. If death used everything in bank on ground and Foot jumped air, yes we would have won the war imo.

but well i enjoyed the round alot, 89 is a great fam, but one mistake costs us the round and if it continues like this, alot of planets big_smile

I dont want to minimalize the good atacking part of 02, but really, we made it very easy to get us on our knees. i guess this is your easiest war of the round, which should have been the end of 02.

Oh forgot to say something....

I pretty much blame Luster, Kollup, Artic and a few other guys for Rizzy's disappearance. He was insulted on every level possible. If you people (and you know who you are) hadnt thrown temper tantrums like a 3 year old and acted like poor sports maybe rizzy wouldnt of gone MIA on us. You berated him so badly over a video game that he didnt want to show up. You (and you know who you are) should be ashamed of youreselves.

The first 4-5 pages of this thread are loaded with hate filled rants from people who CLAIM to fight for honor and whats right in this game. I cant tell you whats right and whats wrong in this game but i do know one thing.....

YOU DONT ACT LIKE A FRIGGIN JERK AND INSULT PEOPLE ON A PERSONAL LEVEL OVER A DAMN GAME!!

This entire round ive had to deal with this nonsense. You people claim to be about honor. There is no honor in how you have conducted yourself outside the game itself. Its reprehensible and disgusting. Never in my 11 years of playing this game have i seen so much hatred and immaturity.

Oh, and this is just the things said in the forums. The insults and personal attacks rizzy, myself and others have had to deal with in CHAT were worse. Racial slurs towards rizzy, disgusting sexual harrasement against Counterstrike and horrible things said about me, my life and even my daughter was dragged into this. Oh and then im told i have psychological issues? Really? given all the things said to/about me this past few months from some of you and IM THE ONE WITH THE MENTAL PROBLEMS?! Yea right....

So if you think its the gameplay and hardcore tactics used INGAME that are driving people away from this game, THINK AGAIN! Its people like Luster, Artic and kollup that are destroying the very fabric of this community by resorting to such childish and hatefull behavior. THIS NEEDS TO END!  Its time you grew up and started acting like adults. You guys owe me and the community an apology.

but i know a few people on 03 didnt want to fight 02 yet. i also know rizzy got a lot of flack for cancelling on 02 and making ti 2 vs 1 but who know what will happen now.

see this will probably be my last appearance in the thread as i hate to see the true side of some of you assholes. and yea thats what you are assholes. im a very competitve person i go to odd lengths in order to win in everything but you go to low levels of insulting and bashing people in the attemts of emotionally damaging them for whatever satisfaction. there is no need for this in this game. given the situations any top family that had the same thing happen to them as happened to us(03 and 89) where a top attacker with most of the resources used or not disappears right before a war they will most likely loose. congradulations 02 for your victory but it wasnt won by your attacking skills im sorry. maybe next time.

02s mastermined tactic of re-allying 90 actually had f all to do with them. Pretty sure since 90 heard about this 2v1 they had plans to chase 02 as allies again to participate in this war.

90 have been seen as the underdogs all round and when the time count they stepped up and help turn what looked to be a slaughter fest into a decent victory!!

i wouldnt describe 02 re-allying 90 as 'mastermind'. It was a good game move though, took us by suprise. Although i applaud the move i must say that 90's involvement isnt exactly challenging nor does it take a whole lot of skill. 90 got to see what 89 had jumped for fleet. 89 had spent their savings and their fleets got smashed up or were rendered useless. In essence 90 is attacking a defeated family for all intents and purposes.

dont get me wrong....im not calling 90 shady, dishonorable or anything like that. It was a smart move on their part and i would of would done the same if i were in their shoes....however....i dont think they should patting themselves on the back too much for how this went down and how its playing out currently. As far as skill and challenge is concerned that is.
