But will still be hitting until my leader arrives.. Your leader wouldn't accept a CF with me until NAP complete (even though I'm the only one attacking) so will continue hitting til then!

we are not after your allies we just don't want you stupidly explore all ovr our systems and we can do that in 2 ways nap with border line or just keep hitting till you finally accept or when you are dead all in all its win win for us
