Alright, well with conclusive evidence that no one else will write a pvc- I am delivering the one that I promised. I figured I would wait the extra day just to make everyone a little more edgey. Anyhow, this round in pw it is no secret- it will be competitive. When people suspect competitive nature in pw families act quickly and swiftly to try and rid the opponents as soon as possible. With that being said don't expect a clean expo phase. Instead look for families making statements early and flexing their muscles. The map positioning has also added some intriguing spice to the lineups that were made. I plan to discuss with you my viewpoint marinated in beer for your viewing pleasure.

It is also possible that I got some of the alliances wrong- as some were still not decided when I wrote this, only what I thought would happen.

I decided to change a little bit in the way that I have done the few pvcs that I have already done. I will be giving each family a
