Everybody talks of a "conspiracy" against the small fams. They're not small until they fall behind. And they fall behind because they're not active enough or not committed enough. And then when their lack of commitment/activity shows itself, they come to uni and whine about how the "big fams bully".

Stop whining, and start growing. Kill off your inactives! Motivate your people to be active! Ask somebody how to plan a good start strategy! Make the competition better! Don't just whine about how it's not good!

I guess the point of Hardcore1012 is first fight, then NAP. And it's a good point imo, cause setting realations like you did without even a fight is making this round terribly boring, just for that really.

ffs there is no such thing as a no NAP fam if you have families that are 3 ticks from your HS. No NAP fams are fams that have good enough map position to get away with it. If you don't, then you have to do what you have to do to get big and stay big.

There is a perception that this has not always been the case, and it's wrong. It's just that now, with only 12 fams in a galaxy, a 48H NAP with 2 of those fams is a really big deal.
