The Villians were doing extremely good last year as they did excellent with 5th and 15th infra-wise.
However, they were starting to lose control of keeping ahold of #1 spot. It appeared that their activity may be dropped or they are not building infra on time. They should be very nervous for the next year as they have new serious contenders competing with them.
But they still have good chance to dominate this round.

They are getting attention from the Pinwheel galaxy. IC Death said my PvC is not accurate but I am only focusing on numbers. Now I am saying that they did excellent job in building infra. They execute it perfectly because, look at their score, it's going up like crazy. That means they are getting angrier, meaner, serious and MORE ACTIVE! I guess my PvC from last year made them work even harder!
I must acknowledge that they got to 100 planet size FIRST. I thought they were trying to hurry it up, but no, I was wrong because their networth tells me that their infra is superior this year!
Watch out for them!

They told  me that my PvC with them is SH*T. I went :-(. I did mention that they are struggling? Well, not anymore. They finally caught up and started growing like crazy. Since they are heroes, they put the villians to shame! And made the villians very very nervous. Why? Because they're supposed to be enemies! Haha!
They did good job on infra and went into top five.
