Stop the whining already! To the ones who are talking about the cancelation date, I cancel whenever its better for me and allies to cancel, I'm not going to delay this war any longer, I could even canceled this nap as soon as war with 48/61 was done but I prefered to give u guys some days to save, also you guys knew we were going to war sooner or later cause Metrex even talked to Ariana and told him we would. Now about 58, this is an alliance nap so we need to cancel on both fams, when we cancel and my main target is 48.
It's fairly easy to call it "drama, drama" and "whining" when you are in 49/52 but facts are facts. If by some miracle we manage to surivive without logging in and retal then don't expect any mercy from me but exactly the same treatment.
I will now stop "whining" and "drama drama"
Oh and btw Chickenwingz, I remember you were crying in uni when our allies did 2 DS checks so stfu seriously

war will be clean, defences will be removed. Only one attacker doesn't seem to hand in. Tough they are getting his planets Our family member DEATHSTAR managed to defend planet 16 in the 45,53 system against an attack by forces from HappyJedi, family 3448. So I have faith in both LFA and HJ to sort it out and get this planets back where they belong, to 48.
As leader of 52 i apoligise for the core violations and give my word when I say Ill try to get them back asap to you guys.

SmackOne dont make me post here, I am waiting a msg from you saying 'defenses removed' from a long ago, I know your intentions are good and it's your fam members who are lame, but talking about voiding naps, ours could be perfectly voided by now, only thing stopping me from doing it is
1 I am not that kind of a player
2 We are already at war to look for more trouble.
But honestly, using spots in our core to attack 48 when those planets are meant to be traded is not fair imo, overall when you're going 2 vs 1.
If you really want a FAIR war, some important trades should be done before it starts. I am neutral to this war, but dont want my core to be a battle zone for you guys while I sit and watch enemy fleets crossing the skies from east to west and people building lasertraps in it and such.
The same goes to 48, they have still to honour our nap, and you guys can go to war in the shares you earned out of our nap terms, ok?

1. You guys have been saving for 3 days straight after our war with 61 while we were doing infra jumps, so don't tell me you haven't been planning this.
2. If you guys weren't scared like shit of us then you would have done a 1 vs 1.

IMO 52 does not deserve to be called a true winner since all they have done is infrawhore
IMO 49 does not deserve to be called a true winner since they do everything they can not to fight us 1 vs 1 .
I was so looking forward to this war, it was going to be epic but this just sucks.

I don't recall having a : nap can not be canceled if one of the fams is in a war with another family in the galaxy clause so how do we violate the nap in that sense?
it's basicly thinking logical. we warred 47 already and sure there are plenty small familie's to hit but then it would be: 49/52 are farming.
so we have choice to either attack a more or less equal in size fam that made the mistake of not forseeing a war and simply warring 47( and I picked up somewhere they denied a napoffer.)
or farming some poor lowerranked family into oblivion just to be able to keep our size growing.
at the very best it's simply picking the lesser of 2 evils if you're hellbound on finding fault in us.

it's simple. yes we cancel nap with 48/58 because it's a alliance nap. we cancel this nap according to it's nap rules.
and the fact that 58 is in a war with 47 is their fault. read this topic:
both parties knew that war was imminent, both parties now EOR date
heck there even been discussions saying we plan on warring them.
then 58 goes and wars 47 and later declines a napoffer. all the while deliberately staying blind to our fams.
we can not be hold responsible for 58's mistakes or actions. they wanted war so bad. they could have just cancelled on us and no prob. but instead they decided to war 47.
now they dug themself in to this they' are trying to make us look like the bad guys for doing what whas going to happen anyhow.
our actions were set and they knew war was coming. they decided to war 47 despite that and now this?
dude 3447 was the one who declared on 3458 not the other way around. Declining nap offer 3458 found unreasonable has nothing to do with this either so I don't understand why you are mentioning that really. Also if fam A is in war with fam B and Fam C cancels on fam A then they are vulturing, no matter how you look at it or try to twist it with stuff like "you could have seen it coming! or otherwise we would be farmining!" This is exactly the same situation, the only difference now is the fact that this is an allience nap.

anyway theres no point whining about this it was inevitable.. if HJ had been straight up with me about finnishing his war with 61 and thats it instead of "cancelling" on 47 we woulda given sufficent time to recover but as Flashy told me 48 has done maaaassive infrawhoring within that time and basically stalled lol.
so i think its pretty fair.. if 58 dont choose to take part we wont care.. but its prooly in your best interest to help each other and finnish off with 47.. buts that all from me sort of..
i suggest 49ers / 52ers not to post much stuff in here theres still a fair bit of time to go through and who knows we might screw up like flashy did first tick:p
no point getting flamed for what we are doing when we know what we are doing an khor has taken a lot of time to think about the time to cancel and you whiners... about the time lol thats the advantage of cancelling first we get to fight you when WE want..
