problem with last 4 man was there were a couple of drafted teams with huge activity/skill and most others randomed. And these random fams failed hard.

I reckon its better if 4man sd was no drafting, then we got interesting distribution of players, mix of timezones and activity etc etc.

Will b much better round imo if its no drafting.

What i mean is they can get anyone they want and submit it.  Whereas regular ICC you would have leads pick people, which was alot more fair since you couldn't pick all the best people for your family.  Talent is more spread out that way.

Rainin I think you might be getting the ICC confused with Playground.
The playground there are the leaders that pick the teams.
In ICC the teams have always been created by the players and then submitted.

I favour all the options, and inacted at the same time. (tho I doubt we have enough players for that)

And, put together, and propose teams? Screw that. I am a total fan of random placement.
I dont want to see folks "school together" (as Nai once said). I want to see people meet new players (to them) and try to work together. I want to see the interactions. I like meeting new (to me) players,and working with them. Just playing with the same folks gets boring.

I say ban drafting from the game altogether.

75% of all players in IC have hemorroids,

the other 25% are perfect assholes.

ICC is a proposed 'competition' where you put together your team and battle it out for the top spot.

The whole thing you guys complaining about it, is the whole thing about it - you've obviously misunderstood.  It isn't meant to be fair by way of picks, or by fully being random.  It's MEANT to be a team you submit and compete - that's the whole purpose of it - it's not a question about drafts or not.  It's a competition.
