So how is this different from 52 and 57 canceling on us and then charging 200 planets to extend the NAP.

ICE - The NAP isn't being being voided, its being canceled.  NAPs are canceled all the time, this one had an auto expiration date, nothing in the agreement said it couldn't be canceled early, just that it would end on the 15th.  Please read Noir's first post again, the word 'VOID' doesn't appear once.
