PVC STARBURST ROUND 20

Hello fellow Starburst members and IC dwellers!  Here we are again for another riveting PVC.  This round is the fullest I have seen in a long time.  The excitement is palpable, and everyone is eager to go.  I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it.  Thank you to everyone who provided info and here it is!

The IC Sharks (2049) [11,56]
Lineup: Vicious, FBI, Pitbull, Bluemonkey, RareUK

There’s blood in the water!  Watch out for this group of vets, especially if some of their inactives wake up.  They are wedged right beside 2056, so you might think a nap is to come.  Either that or a war, but I don’t see that happening at the start of round.  These guys have a nice mix of custom attacker races and know how to use them.  I think we’re gonna need a bigger boat!

Failed Theme Misfits (2052) [23,5]
Lineup: Fearless, DK, Davema, Swagga, Candance aka Dronez and maybe Lee (I hope he stays)

Well our family theme of X-Com did not catch on, hence the new one.  This family has potential if they can all work together.  We are hindered by 2 inactives, and that could be 3 if Lee does not play.  Attacking power is pretty decent as everyone can see, we are a mighty group of misfits, and we have had a good start so far.  DK and Dronez banking, Candance, Swagga and hopefully Lee attacking.  Also look out for Davema in rez rankings

Lineup:  Cloud, Ricking (A few people said IC_Death is here too)

Cloud’s fam is clearly a little disgruntled, I had a bit of a talk with him.  He said he is unsure of who else is there.  This fam does have some active members though so maybe Cloud is trying to play a game.  Knowing my fam (2052) is close by.  I’ll share this little tidbit with you all as a reminder why you should not vote Cloud as your leader.

Old Norse Mythology (2056) [32,78]
Lineup: Colorado, 1manarmy, Midor, Acrid, Easway, Luster, EOD, Damon

Now that’s a lineup!  Full of gods in their own right, this fam has some serious activity.  But I am surprised they don’t have more attacking races.  Also they are between 49 and 51 and possibly have the worst map spot in the galaxy.  I do not think it will matter with these guys, and if they’re infra hasn’t pushed them to the top after the first week, I would be surprised.

I Like Bananas! (2050) [67,27]
Lineup:  Partapax, Pingu, Haydon

All 9 players online early is a very nice sign for this fam.  I thought earlier they were full of inactives.  Apparently communication may be an issue, as their leader only knew who 2 of his fam mates were.  Things can change and it looks like they have.  Let’s hope this fruit themed fam does better than last rounds fruit themed fam.  With 55 and 54 nearby it might not be easy pickings out on that fruit farm

Lineup: Zanharim, Gollum, Revenge?
Unsure about anything with this fam.  Maybe one day Zanharim will get lucky, he’s a good person and usually gets bottom fams.  Also one heck of an IC player too so let’s see what he can do.  Revenge may or may not be here, he’s being shifty

Lineup: TYMO, Whiteheaven, Venom, Vegnarok, UI (last rounds name,) Flipmode, HappyJedi, Epic

Quite possibly the best lineup in the galaxy.  Add to that a lot of early activity, these guys will be out front early with 51 and 56 behind them.  Let’s hope their quick reflexes and hardcore gamer like activity can keep them there all round.  Also they may have to fight out of their little bubble on the map where several families may be close In the future.

Hall of Fame (2051) [64,78]
Lineup: Lew Lew, Mbvx, GxReborn, Foohon, Manor, Teeshonour, Most Wanted Assassin, Osiris

A Hall of Fame lineup for sure.  If you were to peel back ages of IC, you would see some of these names in the top ranks a lot.  Their spot on the map is fantastic with a ton of space to their east and south.  Lew Lew, Mbvx and GxReborn banking.  This should ensure they are top in gc all round.  Let’s see a round for the ages.

OK I have info on 4 fams, plus mine is 5.  So I think I'll be dropping a PVC sometime shortly after start of round.

If you guys really want a Pvc, message me your fam lineup and I'll do a nice one.  Sectoid Commander 2052.  But if I don't get enough info it won't happen.
