Zarf is right. Any agreement, especially one written down, is legally binding. Lyv had nothing to do with what was happening; neither was he part of the fams signing the contract, nor was he meant to be the mod enforcing the terms. It was KT's decision and he should have stayed out of it. His 'intervention' is absurd. It is not his place to question which rules or agreements should be enforced, because they all should be!

Perhaps the nap should not have been made with those terms in the first place. But that does not change the fact that it was made and should have been enforced. Maybe that would have created a difficult situation, but it would not have been a wrong one - everyone agreed to the terms and no one could justifiably argue against what was done. If it resulted in a bad outcome, then such a nap would not be repeated and the mods and community as a whole would learn from it and move on.
