Seeing this poll, it got me thinking again...

First of all, what is honour? If you look it up or think about it.. it comes down to do the things that are considered 'Right'. Doing these things right gives your respect from the community, making you are honourable person. 

What do you respect most in this game? What family would you like most, what should a family do to earn your respect...?

For me a family gets respect for doing something special. Like coming back from a low position, or fighting a equal war and winning it, or even better being the weaker family and winning it. And above all keeping promises: written AND unwritten!!

Now this is opposite of a family farming others, breaking naps .. etc. Would you respect this family..? I would totally not!! a family that is not respected by anyone because they don't play as the community sees right.. is a dishonourable player/family.

now what is the problem? Well... some people just don't want to play honourable or find ways where they justify their own acts with some lame excuse...

Solution & answer to the poll.

I'd say enforcing is not the option. All we can do is make the galaxy aware of its happenings. So what I'd say is that all acts that happen in the galaxy so be written down or recorded in some manner.

If a war is announced, let everyone know the details
If a nap is signed, let everyone know the details
If a war is over, let everyone know the details

Give each family the opportunity to expose their family news, their inbox.. etc

This way if a weird situation comes up, a family could show the rest of the galaxy what has happened. Proof to back up their story and with that show who is a bad family.. which family can't be trusted and plays without honour.
