"mark your calendars
I can't offer an opinion which is better"

Today is a day of history, since I say I don't know the answers for you to impose on yourselves!

You set up a system where the common person is obliged to vote for some politician.  Rather than compromise yourselves and vote in a politician you agree with 80% of the time you will raise a party you agree with more frequently and vote in their candidate.  Once he's in that candidate is going to work with -- and probably under - the guy you rejected in the first place. This is how the system is supposed to work; so I don't know that tinkering with the number of parties is really going to stop division and disintegration.

Dear Friends,

Your video was very confusing to many of us.

Especially this guy.  http://larrybrownsports.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/raider-face-tattoo.jpg

Please come over here and explain it to him.  In person.

if you just referred to our international community here at home in America, then you get to sit with Joe Biden tongue

What Vilarraigosa should have done btw is registered a failure on the first canvas, then let the party hacks work the floor, and entertained 2 separated motions instead of one double-headed one, each after the hacks swore they had the votes on the floor.  That would have been honest and effective.  But then, we're talking Tony Vilar here.

mark your calendars
I can't offer an opinion which is better
because apparently you all perceive a duty to vote
a duty to refuse to join a party you don't totally agree with
and then a duty to form a coalition with the parties you rejected

Not sure I agree with any of those 3

In 1991 as operation Desert Storm was in full swing and Stormin Norman threw an armored corps across supposed impassable desert into the Iraqi flank, some Iraqi colonel ordered his troops to move forward until they ran into Americans.  They hit the American flank at a place called Khafji and were stalled then dispersed by airpower and reinforcements.

But for a few hours CNN was like OMG ITS THE IRAQI COUNTERATTACK WER DOOMED

My friend Jeff Plummer the computer programmer and war geek was at home and his wife told him to look at the awesome danger of the Iraqi counterattack

Jeff looked at the footage of wrecked Iraqi armored vehicles and said "Naw that aint a counterattack, that's a Chinese knockoff of a 1960s Soviet armored personnel carrier.  Saddam's best have Soviet Infantry Fighting Vehicles.  This is not the assault wave of a planned maneuver by an armored corps.  This is just some guys some Iraqi officer ordered to charge into the desert until they ran into Americans. "  And he went back to painting miniatures.

Wargeeks are real, and they tend to vote Republican.  No way this would have made it to the stage of a GOP convention

K-9 is a 1989 American action/thriller-comedy film starring James Belushi and Mel Harris. Directed by Rod Daniel and written by Steven Siegel and Scott Myers, it was produced by Lawrence Gordon and Charles Gordon, and released by Universal City Studios. It has two sequels, K-911 (1999) and K-9: P.I. (2002), both being direct-to-video.
Belushi plays bad-tempered San Diego police detective Michael Dooley, who has been tagged for execution by a major international drug dealer named Lyman (played by Kevin Tighe). To help, a so-called "friend" named Brannigan (played by Ed O'Neill) gives Dooley an unorthodox drug-sniffing police dog called "Jerry Lee" (named after rock-and-roll's legendary "Killer").[1] The two attempt to put Lyman in prison, but Dooley soon learns that Jerry Lee is a mischievous smart aleck who works only when and how he wants to. Many of the movie's gags revolve around Jerry Lee's playfully destructive episodes.

Why, he needed the money and in the late 80s early 90s it was realized that Man Hates Dog movies write themselves.

And Ron Jeremy has done mainstream films like Boondock Saints and Ronin

"In 2003, Taco Bell lost a lawsuit by two Michigan men, who had pitched the concept of the Chihuahua to Taco Bell 6 years earlier. The company turned them down, but went forward with the campaign with TBWA. The men sued and in 2003, a jury awarded them $30.1 million in compensation[8] plus nearly $12 million in additional interest three months later.[9] Taco Bell in turn sued TBWA saying it should have been aware of the conflicts. In 2009, a three-judge federal appeals panel ruled against Taco Bell.[10][11][12]"

>in 1979 Anwar Sadat said, I paraphrase, "Screw this annihilation of Israel bullshit, we want NAP with Israel to concentrate on infra.  There. We won't attack. Unilateral NAP.  You gonna screw that up Jews?"  Since then Egypt has had the benefits of peace.<
