You didn't answer my first post, gard.

Reasons are;
1) Former leader blocked for IA vs our fam, also he signed the nap.
2) Family has made several attacks on our family, just being careless, not just 1 mistake.
3) Also one of the player considers the coreclause not in action and wont give up the planet, hence nap must be void.

Can you explain reasons 1 and 3?  I only see point #2 being any worthy of a void - but even then, only in extreme circumstances.  However, I don't understand your poitns 1 and 2.

SD was just a chill galaxy for anyone.  Some people are playing seriously, others are not.  Think of it more as a 'muck around and dow hat you want' kinda galaxy.

We have Capri/PW/Andro as the other main gals with ICPG running as the competitiv gal.  But yes, Andro has activity issues.  Hopefully next round we might be able to do something about it.
