Lol because saying [woof!] to his face gives him the idea you WANT to use that word in a racist way..

narrow minded? from what I understand he is just saying that [woof!] is not a bad word any more and that he accepts gay people as heterosexuals. I think that is the total opposite of narrow-minded.

anyway he is right though, the word [woof!] is not racism any more. When I was in South Africa I had a black colleague and he always called us [woof!] for fun (I am white) and he always said: that people should stop whining about that word because no one really cares, its just an old taboo. (and we all know that racism is still very recent there so...)

Even more so just as all curses and bad words, it is the person who says it and in what way that matters. I think its pretty obvious when someone uses the word [woof!] what intentions that person has.

as last point: if mods edit this they don't get my post at all whilst its obvious that me using the word [woof!] is just used in a explanatory way. But I bet they will edit anyway, which doesn't mean mods are narrow-minded or anything, they just follow their rules. Which is ok, but a bit mindless
