Insignificant does have a point, It doesnt hurt too much to have 3-5% HFs for a CF/TO banker, if yr fam is not too well organised /there is any risk you might starve then it is definitely a good idea.

Assume:  200 Planets, 500% OB, Pop 1.76M, Eco reseach 70%

With 80% CFs, 20%TOs : Gross Income is 6.24M

With 75% CFs, 20%TOs, 5% HFs : Gross Icome is 5.86M

Difference is 377k

works out at food price of 0.21, E.g if food is less than .21 its cheaper to buy it

So its not a bad idea to have enough HFs to cover yourself.
