US should look to countries that are more successfull, and as usual i want to point to scandinavia. All person are applicable for a student loan of up to 8 years here. All education in universities are free of charge (you pay about 100$ twice a year in registration fees). The loan is not to be repaid until you are finished with your degree, and no interests accrue in that period. Ofcourse this leads to some overeducation in useless fields such as arts, languages, social studies etc, but overall it secures a high level of education, making sure scandinavian workers are among the most productive in the world. From a society point of view, the key is really to offer equal terms on education for everyone, so that all the bright minds in society is taken advantage of.

Primo we have all admitted there are more than 1 side to this, and that is why whe players like teddy and genesis talk about this (outside players with no personal stake) they refer to this as shady and sneaky business rather than outriht napbreak. Still not acceptable froma mod, from my point of view.

Ive also gotten to know torqez as a nice and skilled player, doesnt mean he cant do stuff i would disagree with.

Anyways, i just wanna put this behind us, we were sneaky, he was sneaky in the end a big mess, carrying grudges wont bring any good to this thou. I was just hoping the mods would dare take a stand here, guess that wont happen

French Black 3149

1. Best Leader: Kaboem 3141, stood by his fam, always responded to my messages in a good way, flagged his disagreement with 3154 when they napbroke and have gotten his fam pretty far up the rankings

2. Best Attacker: Always hard to judge, but from my point of view i have to say Tico, he did not capture the most planets for sure, but he was our only warden in times where both kollop and mizzle lost their internet. Thanks for sticking by us Tico, even thou i know the round turned out far more peaceful than you wouldve liked.

3. Best Diplomat: Damon is always a sweettalker hehe, but 3162 was definately the family that got us to give the most favorable nap of the round, when people beg for their lives i always find it hard to resist

4. Best Banker: I kept a close eye on most big bankers this round, and to be honest, MW i am disappooint. I have seen a lot of top 3 pop bankers, jumping without science, or not getting welfare science until they were aprox 700% overbuild, just bad eco in general (yes its you jeff and peter petrelli ). Overall i think Colorado as Black did a great job, and had poplike income most of the round as CFer, now he is certainly not a fine tuned economist, but neither were his competition (in other fams atleast) this round.

5. Best resourcer: Hard to comment on other families, i believe Tobias was pretty decent, but in terms of production i dont think anyone can come close to Yellow (Kukuska). At about 220 planets and 1500% overbuild he pretty much fed the entire galaxy

6. Best wizard opper: Havent seen much this round really, i had some iron ops on me when 57 52 broke nap, but apart from that nothing. So from my view White in our fam did the most opping, OH, ES, plists visions etc whenever requested,

7. Best Agent opper: Sry no idea

8. Best Strategy: Rankings ofc show napbreaking can pay off heh, but apart from the last week of mess i do believe 3149 eco scheme was the one single strategic aspect that made most of a difference this round.

9. Most honorable: Hard one to call in this round hehe, i guess i respect Kaboem for marking his distance to 54, althou not so hard a stance to make, since it saved his ass . I do wish to add that even with a tainted fam etc , Matrix admition after i showed him the real messages gave back some hope in man kind to me

10. Most dishonorable: O.boi wont elaborate as we have about 14 pages of that, but making a group should do it Scorp, EOD, Venom, Pitbul, Torqez, Snailex, Anubis thats what i know atm, wont check fams to add more.

11. Most active:Counterstrike while she was playing no doubt. Maternityleave FTW

12. Biggest noob: Stan 3156 no doubt

People are once again ignoring the most important issue here, they just assume you have given incomes, poppers a bit larger than CFs and that they are vulnerable to a different degree, poppers alot more than CFs.

However, the bigest difference between and popper and a CFer is not how you protect yourself, but how you build yourself.

A popper should NEVER build above 200% without using some sort of jumping scheme. While on the other hand a CFer can easily go to atleast 300% without having to jump. And a CFer can then in turn easily flip a jump towards 700% or so without much preperation at all.

Does your family playstyle suit slow times with saving for a pop jump, will other families leave you alone of that amount of time etc?
