but in some places you need an impossible amount of luck as well. There is no way to compare living on the street in niger to living on the street in US to name something. I would prefer the last option if I were in such a situation. Clean shoes if I had to, would go to evening school, and get a better job. Most of the people you talk about got a chance like that. Born in that regionin Africa I described however, your chances are 1 in a 1000. Even if you are smart and skillfull enough. Its just not the same as in the western world.

Probably because most european countries are rich or maybe because its an economic alliance. Not sure, just guessing. We'll probably see it in the news next week.

I've told him before. Again and again and again. He first wanted to proove black people are stupid. He was also talking about africa sometimes but he mixes all those terms up anyway.

Now after a while he argued they must be lazy, when we came to the point we still know little to nothing about intelligence despite our advancements on neurologic sciences.

The fact that someone with his capabilities, same intelligence and same caracter but born in africa with a black skin wouldn't have much of a live either he chooses to ignore.

Even if so, how would you devide it without the huge corruption? Its not only a problem of deviding money. Dictatorships stabelise around a certain form of income and profitable international contracts.

I think you're wrong about the fact obama won't use iraq as an issue. Its not difficult to put it on the agenda and easy to score with. Its an easier subject as education or healthsystems. Especially with mcCain comming so close to the centre on these issues. Its the people in the centre who will determine the vote.

though strangely there is a part of anarchy I do understand. It depends on how far you go. But it all depends on place, time, and not in the least definition.
