well we couldn't beat 31 fleets without 27 and they failed that. after that war was over.

Understand me well, I dont do this to whine or anything, just can't really agree with this being a good war.

We had no savings to make fleet to match yours and therefore no real chance in this war unless if your fam completely screwed up or if 27 would kill your fleets totally...
