i think the round has been nice tbh, the few key concepts id like changed is the following:

1. SS vs Market, even tho SS makes it more equal, the very narrow scope of strategies (there are only 2 real varuations as i can see, speed vs science) means that there is very little difference between empires. Market with fixed prices would atleast allow people to use resources as a way of income, tbh i liked that alot better

2. Distances, the distances between systems is too large imho. The tighter the more fighting, and this round has been proven to be too little fighting i think.

3. IAs, be it chain alliances or just players giving away their planets i dunno, but there were obviously a few instances of this, however like Rin said all along, thoose noobs might have been killed off by now... or what Matthang?

Arganon lets discuss that then, in what way does a pecialized research field for resourcers not nerf resource-attackers

Basicly it makes resourcers bankers with different race, in that they are now required to have another reearch field specialized for resoruce production, that aids them nothing in attacking
