Pork is not unhealthy,

A good variety of Chiken fish and pork mixed in with as much vegetables as you can eat will provide a healthy cornerstone for anyones diet. If you have no problems with keeping your weight down, carbs like oatmeal, rice, pasta and potatoes are no problem  either..

Try to keep away from unhealthy transfat. That means especially all massproduced cookies etc, and anything deepfried.

Eat as little salt and sugar as you can. Mix in some ocational calcium from dairy produts, choose from milk, yogurt, cheese etc, just limit it if the said cheese or yogusrt has alot of fat/sugar

The key is not to eat super healthy, but to eat healty as often as possible, and not slip up after 2 weeks..

And oh, drink lots of water and masturbate regularily
