I would have to read the original 48h NAP and terms that composed it. The only thing I was able to read so far was the agreement you made replacing the original NAP, and that states it is a 48h NAP.

It is common sense that a 48h NAP can be cancelled. It is normal and everyday IC'ing, unless this has somehow changed and I wasn't informed.

The terms say it is a 48h NAP with an auto expiration date. This means it can be cancelled like any other 48h NAP, except it ends at a set date.

This wasn't what you meant? I won't dispute that. Were they morally right pushing back the date? No, they weren't. But they could, as per terms agreed and signed by you.

You screwed up buddy. It happens to everyone, I know it's happened to me before. You say the war was set; sure, to you it was. To them it wasn't, and they were entitled to that, as much as it may displease you.

Now, if you want to solve matters like IC death and Scorp usually do, that's up to you. I didn't think you would, but it happens ot everyone and you' are as well entitled to your slip up every now and then, just like everyone else.

That would be what you're looking for. But by introducing the 48h component you opened the door to this.

To be safer you could even add a clause stating the NAP cannot be cancelled before its expiration date. However you didn't do this, so technically 49 is right. Even if it doesn't reflect the spirit of what you talked about back then.

The problem is not that the agreement says it can be cancelled; it's that it doesn't say it cannot.

The offer states a 48h NAP which will automatically expire "March 15th 22:00 GMT". If it is a regular 48h NAP, it can be cancelled at any time, just like any non-PNAP can. It just has the expiration clause, which means you can start attacks at that date.

I realise that is not the spirit of what you meant, but it's what is written and what everyone signed on.

If that is indeed the NAP that was agreed upon, I don't think 57 has any grounds to complain about what 49 is doing.

It clearly states they had a 48h NAP which was being reinstated, again as a 48h NAP. The only difference is it would automatically expire at the date they wrote down in the offer.

Nowhere does it say it cannot be cancelled before, or that the fams are obliged to fight at that set date.

It was a badly written NAP offer, that's all. If they want they can agree on a new deal, but, looking solely at what was agreed upon, what 49 is doing is completely legal.

I would like to ask everyone in 54 NOT to delete... but instead deny any kind of aid to the people who broke the NAP, or any coordination whatsoever.
They had no right to ruin the round for your entire fam, and I'm sure 57 would be sensitive if you would as a family single our scorp and eod, who seem to be responsible for the break.

Same goes for 41 I suppose
