Why would you, a representative of the republican party of all people, copy the slogan of Anonymous?

"Voting Arnor. Based on the theory that the mob would consist of experienced players. So that means its either me Arnor or Primo. Since I'm not mob and Primo is writing it has to be Arnor."

Based on that logic, I'm voting Nolio for now..

Anyways, I'm not mob. The simple reason for is that I'd kill Nolio off straight away tongue

Similarity doesn't mean that it's where the concept comes from. Otherwise the Mayans and Egyptians should be linked..

And it's true that the great works of yore were important to depart from the dark ages (a term I hate btw), but they were only read in a very small circle, they were in most cases very incomplete etc. The true notion of what we call 'democracy' was already there when those works spread among the larger part of the population.

Drink wine in France Bullet. It should be rather cheap. Except when you live in Nord-Pas de Calais, then you should drink beer.

I just meant that Greece was not the root of the western civilisation, only early medieval Europe is. The ancient greeks were a tremendous enfluence though, but there are too many disconuities to claim Greece as the ancestors of our civilisation.
And that point stretches way further than you think. For example, democracy as we know it draws from medieval systems, not ancient greek (except for the name).

And I'm not really fond of your discours of "the battle against the muslims". Why would the Byzantian Empire be so much better to have as a neighbour than a muslim one?

Justinian, that's a weak argument, an' not even all that true.  Historians agree that Greece is not th' root o' our civilisation.  We borrowed a lot o' them, but thar's not really a continuity.  The sharks will eat well tonight!  And swab the deck! It's like th' Mexicans o' today an' th' Mayans/Aztecs; or - oh irony - th' slavic scallywags now livin' in th' FYROM, I'll warrant ye.

I'm all fer supportin' Greece through this period o' hardship though.

I think Pirateday is inappropriate as well.  Oho, Ya swabbie! I went t' Dublin recently, an' thar I were bein' absolutely startled by participants o' th' Vikin' Splash Tour, yo ho, ho Although Vikin's aren't pirates per se an' th' Vikin' Splash Tour is a tourist attraction rather than th' fearful bandits o' yore, they gave me a fraction o' a second o' fright.  Notwithstandin' I realised th' joke afterwards an' thought it were bein' a brilliant touristidea, I can not agree t' be reminded o' that fraction o' a moment fer a single day in an entire year.  Switchin' me computer off or at least not readin' th' forums is just intolerable t' me..
