The aid out and rejoin was massivly abused at some points, think it was done mostly by the Wastelander family, cant rly remmeber members in there, possibly wendy but i cannot recall.
After that the rejoining thing was implemented, preventing you from rejoining after a delete, however leavers aiding out and then others joining ive never rly seen used on a large scale apart from like 1-2 members of a fam. Theres used to be tales of for instnace allies joining eachothers fam so they could aid out delete and move to their original fam, but i never saw it implemented on a large scale.
It is ofc cheating, i dont know whats being done about it tho

The problem was a different one in SD tho, since it was a last man standing galaxy with no rejoining....

Religion is a system with the ultimate intent to cease your personal assets or influation, summed up, your power.
If a research planet has say +50, that means that there are 50 "hidden" RCs on the planet, so the planet will produce research points.
The planet will however not boost any income from additional RCs you build on the planet
That kind of race has been seen used alot when bankers are playing by themselves in SD etc.
I would say that speed is always fun, but its a luxury, in a normal round, i would be very carefull about sacrificing income research or operations for the sake of speed. Its not that speed isnt usefull, its just less important than thoose other thinngs imo.
If you want additional players to help with retakes etc, id sugest starting with resourcers, because they have the racepoints to get both speed and attack.
Designing a pre-made race giving bankers a race that got some extra speed without sacrificing too much other stuff, in my opinion could actually make the game more interesting, because it would allow bankers to be more active and do more stuff besides producxing cash! Good sugestion!
There is no such percentage to be honest, because unlike with TOs, RCs are not a building you want to keep at a constant level through the round.
If you want some general pointers i would say that you should not be getting RCs before around 100% OB, then you can go up to as much as 30% RCs imo, while waiting for portalling, family jumps and more planets, eventually you will want the RCs either to be demolished and replaced, or just make sure you dont build too many of them so that in the end they are not a problem to keep.
Personally i like to use either science planets in the family, or get a load of RCs before portalling, getting eco to 40%ish and con to 30%ish and then portal. After that RCs can easily be demolished and replaced with CFs in a jump, or they can be kept for a little while longer to increase eco science some more, but imo as a HC banker you will want to eventually replace them with some TOs once your eco science makes the income of CF outperform RCs.
with 50% eco science the income of a CF is
8*1,5*1,5*1,125 = 20,25 so the turning point is around here somewhat

But ofc, since science is a diminishing function, dont go into high percentages of eco before you start with con
I would say that eco is superior to con, for theese reasons;
Early on exploration is a large cost, and is not reduced by construction science, ergo its better to research eco
Income vs. Spending: As a banker most of the time your income will overshadow your spending, you are aiding out much f your income, and also many people will be using research builder strategies where bankers dont even build the buildings themselves, thus rendering con science nearly useless.
However be aware of reasons that might make con more desireable:
If you are using RCs, their production will not be affected by increased eco science, and your science is thus only increasing a part of your income, not your total production. Eco science is most efficient when your production in 100% cash
SUmmed up i believe that eco is better than con, but it depends on how you play:
Try to figure out if you will be spending more or less on contruction than you produce in the near future, and if you will spend more, get con, if you will produce mostly, get eco. By the same logic you would want to get construction research before big jumps, which should make sense to everyone
