I disagree. This totally take away from the concept of needing to work as a team. Part of working as a team is communicating with each other. If a leader is unaware of what a member of the family is doing, then it is their fault for being a poor leader. Regardless of how adamant someone is about working by themselves, it is the leader's job to get them to work as part of the family.

The half time show sucked. I thought the performance by the Black Eyed Peas was good, but the sound guy was absolutely terrible. He started out not even having Fergie's mic on and when it came on she didn't sound like her at all
